employs the latest
technologies from Matsuura and Kiwa-USA. Our machinist's have years of experience producing high quality,
super precision machined parts.
New for 2001 is our Matsuura MC-660-VG Vertical machining center.
Our largest machine, The Matsuura MC-800-VG has 32"x20"x20" maximum travel and a 30HP
spindle. Our Matsuura MC-760-VX has a gear driven head and full 4th axis with a maximum travel of
30"x19"x19". Our Matsuura MC-600-VF's (2) have the Yasnak I-80 control and high speed spindles for the
highest accuracy available in CNC machine tools today. Our MC-500-VS is a proven work horse with
years of reliable opperation behind it. Last but not least the Kiwa-USA Excell 500s, These machines
are kept busy with high production work year round.
We use Mastercam V7.0 level 3 and Gibbs system for generating NC code to keep all these machines busy.
